250 g of zucchini

3 garlic cloves

Virgin olive oil

Salt to taste

How to prepare it

Put olive oil in a frying pan and sauté the mushrooms over high heat.

Add the chopped zucchini and minced or mashed garlic and sauté briefly while stirring.
