THE STORY: Ainara the young woman who sued Yostop, attended a party, she was 16 years old and it was in the same place where 4 men who recorded the abuse shared it to the point that it became viral on social networks.
Ainara told the Ventaneando program that "she did not remember anything about what had happened, but she was surprised to see that the next two days she found out that it went viral because of the video." I had no idea what had happened, If the video didn’t exist, I would never have noticed it. I don’t remember, I have no memory of what happened. "

Over time, Ainara goes viral again with a second video, there she appeared fighting with some women and who evidenced them without reason, only with the aim of acquiring more views on her channel was the YouTuber YosStop.
The video in which the YouTuber YosStop called it “Pathetic generation”, a video that was removed from the YouTube platform, but the now detained one assured that she had that material saved on her phone.
This caused Ainara to take action on the matter and sue her, since after the video, the young woman received attacks. Faced with this complaint that was made in March, Yostop responded:
“They have wanted to involve me in a crime that I never committed. But I fully trust the truth and common sense. Complaints should be feigned as a citizen empowerment tool. Unfortunately I am involved in a case foreign to me, I hope everything is fixed, "said the youtuber.
This problem was so strong that Mhoni Seer predicted that they would put her in jail
The complaint that FemXFem shared: “We filed a complaint of facts before the Special Prosecutor’s Office for Sexual Crimes of the Attorney General’s Office of Mexico City for the crimes of Violation of Equal and (Child) Pornography, provided for in articles 175 and 187 of the code Penalty applicable in this City (sic) "
