The Ministry of Public Education launched the "Fun Summer" program, which refers to summer courses, which, due to confinement, will have to continue to be at a distance.

This program called "Verano Divertido" will be part of the special programming, which includes the transmission of the "TeleCuantrix" series, and which is made up of 101 educational capsules whose purpose is to sow interest in computer science and science. programming.

This series is aimed at children and adolescents, who through games and various activities, will be able to learn about computer science and programming.

Although this program will also be distance learning, what differentiates it from the "Learn at Home" program is that "Verano Divertido" will not generate extra tasks or work to report to teachers, it is only for students to have fun and learn while playing.

The TeleCuantrix series for the program Verano Divertido

This series, called TeleCuantrix, is produced by the General Directorate of Educational Television (DGTVE), in collaboration with the Televisa Foundation, within the framework of the Educational Digital Agenda.

For elementary school, 60 capsules were made while for secondary-level students, 39 capsules were made, so the programs are very well organized for the different levels of schooling, as noted by the head of the SEP, Esteban Moctezuma Barragán.

How and at what times will Verano Divertido be broadcast?

These distance summer courses began to be broadcast on Monday, June 8, and are broadcast from Monday to Friday at 10:50 am for primary school students and at 12:50 pm for secondary school students.

TeleCuantrix will be broadcast by Canal Ingenio TV, Channel 14.2 of open television, Cable Channel 164 and 367 of TotalPlay, 260 of Sky, 306 of Dish, 480 of IZZI, 135 of Megacable and 131 of Axtel.
