The granddaughter of this grandmother alerted everyone when she shared the video, she also mentions in other messages that the bruises were not strong enough from how much they hurt her. The thieves were merciless and managed to steal several valuables.

My grandmother right now is full of bruises on her little face, hit from all sides, but above all VERY SCARED. The complaint has already been filed. @RGC_Mx please help us to see justice done. This cannot happen to anyone else. The granddaughter referred.

The relatives have already filed the corresponding complaint with the State Attorney General’s Office, so the state attorney general, José Luis Ruiz Contreras, reported that there is already progress in the investigations.

It should be noted that this granny is the same one who, with her innocence before the Alexa device, went viral. This video was viewed millions of times in early 2021. Everyone loved the tenderness with which she approached Alexa for the first time. We share that tender video.
