Prada Inspired By Horror Icons

Prada presented its collection for men and women next winter in Milan , with which it opts for a casual elegance inspired by science fiction and icons such as Frankenstein or “The Rocky horror picture show”.

The Miuccia Prada collection paraded down the Milanese catwalk accompanied by the music of the Adams Family, by Marilyn Manson or the traditional "Macabre Dance", in a twilight stage inspired by science fiction.

The suits, in a sophisticated and shiny black, are combined with baggy trousers and appear cinched with numerous leather belts that outline the silhouette.

One of the bets of this collection are the blunt shoes, with large soles, ranging from black to colors such as fuchsia, sky blue or fluorescent yellow.

And the thick wool jumpers with geometric details in yellow or green stood out, and decorated with colorful plush shoulder pads.

Prada also proposes the gray suit, always accompanied by belts, but this time he combines it with woolen cardigans, as well as shirts printed with large shapes of amoebae, vegetables, purple rays or even Frankenstein’s face.

Milanese Fashion Week is dedicated this time to men but Prada proposed garments for women, with candid-inspired dresses combined with thick shoes or jacket suits accompanied by corsets, following the idea of gloomy romanticism.
