The exhibition "Memories of the future" reveals the names that will be part of the future of Spanish fashion

Ana Locking, Juan Vidal, Daniel Rabaneda, Miguel Becer, Rubén Gómez, Sara Lasry and Maya Hansen are some of the teachers who have trained the students who will be part of the world of fashion for four years in the coming years .

With mastery, the current names of the world of Spanish fashion have transferred to the young people of the Madrid Superior Fashion Design Center of the Polytechnic University (CSDMM) creative techniques to make their future solid within the field they love the most: the fashion.

One reason that has led the Centro Superior de Diseño de Moda de Madrid to organize the exhibition ‘Memories of the future’, a look at the future of fashion with pieces designed, made and patterned by these "design promises", says its director, which can be visited at the Center for Contemporary Creation, Matadero, until next January 13.

The creations are part of the work of the First Promotion of the Official University Degree of the CSDMM-UPM sponsored by Paco Rabanne, who have gathered more than 40 designs – garments, accessories and jewelery – that show the work, technique, analytical capacity and conceptual skills , creative and practical that the designers and teachers of the Center such as Ana Locking have transferred to them during their training; Juan Vidal; Miguel Becer (ManéMané); Daniel Rabaneda (Creative Director Angel Schlesser); Rubén Gómez and Sara Lasry (BIIS); Maya Hansen, or María Ke Fisherman, among others.

For a year now, the designer Paco Rabanne has sponsored and recognized the work that, for 30 years, the CSDMM of the Polytechnic University of Madrid -National Fashion Award 2017- has been carrying out by committing to official university training to achieve professionalization in fashion .
