Old age is something natural to which most of us will come, but if you are alone, reaching it can be faster and even cause depression

Aging is a natural state of human evolution, but it is also a state that many fear, because perhaps illnesses come or because of the fear of being alone, which affects much more.

Loneliness is enjoyed at the time , but science highlights that being alone can make you reach old age sooner since problems such as depression and anxiety are triggered within it.

Life is full of good and bad experiences which make us mature, grow, we get recognition but there comes a point where you put various situations on the balance and you realize that after all you are alone and depression comes.

The probability that an adult suffers from depression when they reach their old age is high and this was determined after a study published in Acta Psychiatrica Scandinavica pointing out that the loss of family, friends or the absence of this leads to great emotional changes.

Another study carried out by researchers from the Department of Psychiatry of the Autonomous University of Madrid (UAM) and the Center for Biomedical Research in Mental Health Network (CIBERSAM) studied 40 thousand people from different countries over 65 years of age.
