For 40 years Silvia was waiting for Kike her love of youth, she never lost hope of finding him something that finally happened
True love does not know time or distance and survives everything, as is the case of a woman in Argentina who waited for her ex-boyfriend from youth to return to her life after 40 years and unlike some stories that do not have a good outcome, the man did return, although it seems impossible.
This story seems to be taken from a Hollywood movie , whose protagonist is Silvia and Kike from Misiones, a couple who after 4 decades meet again. They are originally from the town of Aristóbulo del Valle, belonging to the Argentine province of Misiones. They first saw each other when she was 14 and he was 19.
Love arose between them and they began a courtship relationship that lasted just a few months, where they had a series of disagreements and misunderstandings, which caused them to separate on several occasions.
The first of them occurred when Kike did not attend an appointment after she visited her great-grandmother in the City of Leandro N. Alem. He gave her no explanation and stopped talking to her without giving reasons. However, when he met her in the street he did not speak to her. Which hurt Silvia so she went to live with her uncles in the City of Alem, to try to forget him forever.
What she did not expect is that after 2 years, Kike went to look for her at her new house, after investigating where she had moved. During that reunion he mentioned that he had believed some slander that had been said about her and that for that reason he decided to leave.
They talked for hours, reconciled and agreed that Kike would go for her to that same park the following Sunday, with the aim of getting married. But as in the previous occasion he never arrived.
Thanks to a neighbor, Silvia found out that her eternal love had broken her leg, which is why she had not been able to go for her, and that it would take 8 months to recover. After that time Kike did not go looking for her.
Silvia waited for him for several years on the same park bench where they last talked. In fact, every Sunday until 1893, Silvia was waiting for her young love. To later realize that Kike had gotten married.
Faced with this news that broke her heart, she decided to do the same and started a family, however, she could not forget Kike. According to his own testimony in an interview, his partner was aware of this situation, he had even told his children about Kike.
